Frequently Asked Questions                                                                                                 FAQs for Volunteers

1.   Since Youth Bank was launched, more than 4,500 volunteers have signed up to help the 47 charities registered with us.  We assist with Volunteer Hosting Organizations (VHO) to display their volunteer needs, and also help match volunteers according your requirements.  Besides, we also help to publicise your volunteer event to our Youth Bank volunteer database.  When volunteers complete their volunteer event, they may pool together their accumulated completed volunteer hours to exchange for essential household items and donate the items to a VHO of their choice.
